Eagles soar the thermals above the range's vivid green woodlands and gashing rivers, such striking symbols of strength and power, yet elegant and seemingly weightless.Embodying both its inspiration and its dual mountain wine and sherry cask uinfluences, Volar is simultaneously uplifting and vibrant, and restrained and fragrant, with fruitful depth rich in berry compote and dates."
